Unlimited annual leave but you're usually exhausted from working insanely long hours

What are some of the best things about your team?
Best in their field and great to work with.
My team genuinely cares for each other, which I believe is the case for a lot of teams although that is due to the 'us against them' mentality between departments and against leadership.
Everyone looks out for each other and are genuine nice people- below c-suite level anyway
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When there is no management other than a friendship level, it's hard to lead people. In most cases, it's the leadership that's in place that tends to be the problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's remote work so that helps, but a lot of the culture feels tone deaf.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sell the company and get experienced people.
