Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

This agency is not worth my or your time. Leadership uses the agency as a vanity project and ego booster without any care for its employees, and clients are not treated equally. So many people are overworked they eventually give up, so much of the work is sloppy and/or late.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

When there is no management other than a friendship level, it's hard to lead people. In most cases, it's the leadership that's in place that tends to be the problem.
