
I think the amount of time that we put into our days is a lot and can lead to burning out pretty quickly.
I think my team is extremely collaborative and supportive. We all have high expectations but it's not the end of the world if we don't hit our goals and when that happens everyone is super supportive.
I really like how transparent the leadership team has been with us. Especially during the pandemic/lockdown! I felt like they did an amazing at setting standards and making the expectations very clear. As well as, easing people's fears around different topics (wfh, layoffs, etc).
