
I seem to like all of the compensation package.
PKL employees believe they have a purpose in training the RSAF trainees. We believe we are making a difference, adding to the growth of the company, and being part of a valuable team.
I believe PKLs leadership team at headquarters sets the tone and culture of the company. Everyone brings distinct skills to the team, in any team there will always be disagreements but PKL is effective in conflict resolution and compromising, and after work hours everyone seems to have fun together.
Being around the trainees makes me very happy. Training them is part of my job but as they grow and reach the end of their training; I like to help them prepare for their SKT and Board. Once they pass their training and I see them at work it brings me comfort knowing what they have achieved.
