Communication and be more transparent. Be honest and straight forward. We went from teaching in the class room to flying jets and keeping sortie status, but they still want to classify what we do as training.
When management don't care then the people don't care' People dont know how much you care until you show them how much you care! There is no incentive to really care and work together until people are shown the respect they deserve. WE ARE NO LONGER IN THE MILITARY!!!
In the KSA, most of us spend countless time away from our family by choice, but the small benefits we started out with has been eroding. We are cutting cost on computer software but no one in the field is getting any raises or bonuses. More raises and bonuses I say!!
We started out as a teaching program and has slowly moved into a full Maintenance/FLYING company here in the KSA. We need to stick to teaching and instructing and stop bending backwards to PLEASE the customer to fly more. STICK TO THE CONTRACT, which am sure it doesn't require us to fly daily
