
This is a company of unprofessional NCOs who don't know how to manage or lead. They have a high level of cronyism and they lie to the Saudis and don't get a long with the middle and lower level RSAF. It doesn't matter that the general is happy. The rank and file RSAF are NOT happy with PKL.

Stop hiring NCOs to run a corporation. They play NCO games, and have no knowledge of HR laws. Not only is their treatment of employees unacceptable, you are opening yourselves up to a lawsuit.
You need to get rid of cronyism and you need to get officers to manage, not NCOs, and most of all you need to embrace the TRUTH. A LOT OF LOWER MANAGEMENT IS BLOWING SMOKE UP YOUR PIPE!
