
its been a great 13 years. Our company has given us incredible pay raises throughout the time, our leave and sick pay has increased accordingly. PKL has on their own using their own money issues us ESOP, which has paid dividends and after payout, set many people up well for retirement.
ive been here since the beginning of the contract. Its had ups and downs, but mostly ups. The company pay has been great, we went through a time we had pay issues however, CBA helped, now union needs to go! Hopefully company sees that 75% or more people want union to leave. Let the company run its

NA need to better define what a compensation package consist of?
we can openly express ourselves with our management team. Great guys to work for.

Being around the airplanes and having the oppurtunity to do what we do day in and day out
seeing the end product. going out to do an inspection on an aircraft and not finding discrepancies. this shows me the workers under my inspections care.
Our "Leadership Team" is on site at Mountain Home, and it allows us to directly communicate with them with concerns and issues. They are both maintenance orientated and highly versed in aircraft maintenance.
Health and welfare, however, I would like to see the company help us employees at Mt Home site, get our 3 dollars per hour back, and let us invest it accordingly how we see fit, not give it to the union.
They seem to see the reasons pertaining to us employees, and our wants to be gone with the union. Most employees at the Mountain Home site are not happy with being union members, and would like to see the company help us get out of the union..
