It's alright, could be better. Feel like everyone is scared to do their job and even counsel someone for doing something wrong. More recognition could be nice too

- Better communication w/ on-site & off-site locations HR needs to be more involved with their employees, instead of them emailing someone to reach out to them. This is their job so they should do it. Should work at office . Corporate is extremely hard to get a hold off or take a long time to reply
