Micro-managing the time clock. Unfairness when it comes to taking PTO/LWOP. Able to clock in up to 5 minutes early, but have to put your actual start time on your timecard. Unable to leave those 5 minutes early. Unable to stay a few minutes late at the end of the day if you are a few minutes late.
