Hold them accountable for their work. The majority are just there for the income(pay) and not the outcome(production and quality of work)
He needs to learn how to respect and value his people, he makes them feel undervalued and that they are just lucky to be there.
We can advocate change but we can't fix a workplace that can become something the leadership is opposed to, It seems the leadership is not interested. Disrespect and burnout is the norm. Our voice is not valued.
Unappreciated, frustrated, unrewarding, second guessed and the most toxic work environment. Communication is always negative and reactive! You only see the Manager & QCI when something has gone wrong. A little positive interaction from the managers would be nice to see for a start.
