The open communication on how we're doing mentally and physically. Other than that its a broken system of arguing and complaining amongst the phase section.
Focus on doing the job, attempting the job, and finishing the job. They're too focused on going to the union to get out of work. Then when you need help they magically disapear.
The union needs to let individuals know not everything is a grievence. The personality clash needs to be talked about. The argument about pay needs to be shut down because the nightshift needs to actally earn a pay instead of complaining about housekeeping and cleaning of the hangar.
