PKL Services – The ESOP program needs to be more transparent. We have been told for 2 or 3 years that the ESOP was going to be closed but it still hasn't happened. I still have not received my annual statement for 2023. I have very little faith or confidence in this program as a benefit to rely on in the future.

The process Was wonderful & and very informative.
