They love to chat a lot and talk in circles. They like to imitate roaring activity and splurge. But people in general are undemanding to colleagues and irresponsible of their own tasks.
Disadvantages are covered with a fig leaf of 'culture'. Culture in itself is the subject of constant mockery among employees. The arbitrariness of leadership and violence against the inconvenient employees are covered precisely by the word 'culture'.
