Fairly quick and easy process
Too many cooks in the kitchen. The leadership team is not working.
Fear rules the Trust and no one trusts each other. People actively withhold information from each other and work to build their little fiefdoms.
The toxicity starts with the executive team and filters down. It's painfully obvious they do not get along and are actively working to sabotage one another while building their own little fiefdoms.
The leadership team is often at odds with one another and there is no clear direction. Overall the Presidio is ruled by fear and ineptitude. Slimming down the the leadership team would do wonders; there are too many cooks in the kitchen and they have no idea what they're cooking!
There have been recent significant cuts to benefits, ostensibly as part of a compensation improvement project but all it has done is confuse and demoralize staff. Once the benefits were better than those offered by other agencies, now they are much worse and there are more cuts on the way.
