My leadership team is fantastic. They are very open and honest with communication and feedback. They are also incredibly supportive and play on individuals' strengths.

My base salary and sign on bonus was great. The unlimited PTO is also great. However, no 401k matching is not great and I'm not crazy about the fact that there are no quarterly or annual bonuses offered.
