
Can be easy to talk to, real people. Just hard to reach them.
Face to face interviews (even if some virtual)- not just a phone call HR person.
Being able to do what I'm best at. Just need more backing from teammates and leadership.
Some really smart people (who try to make it fun), but culture can be a bit shaky with recent merger.
More transparency needed. Some people barely work or are held responsible, while others kill themselves and overdeliver to compensate for those who can't and won't deliver.
Reactive vs. proactive, broken (or non-existent) processes. Unfair pay for some. Siloed behavior with lack of interest in collaborating. Slack makes team less productive than email and avoids direct collaboration.
