After 3 months I can say I'm still excited about the company and goals, and impressed with the integrity and transparency of the C-Suite. No company is perfect and there are growing pains with the rapid growth that has occurred, but there are clearly stated values that are referenced and practiced.

Recursion is the first place I have worked where there was so much transparency around company shifts and high-level decisions. I am also impressed by the clear commitment to inclusion and equity, because it's the right thing to do rather than needing to be convinced by a business rationale.
