I feel very lucky to have found Recursion. The company as a whole moves fast, which generates many opportunities to grow, but can also make you feel pressure to deliver. The environment is extremely collaborative, and upper management seems to care about the employees for real.

Passion about communicating to the internal teams & bridging the gap between individual research areas.

Every decision is transparent and intentional. Communication about the reasoning of company wide decisions the bad and the good are always shared in an open forum or company wide all hands.

They are working hard to form, share, and realize the company vision. They clearly try to be very transparent and communicative.

Recursion is the first place I have worked where there was so much transparency around company shifts and high-level decisions. I am also impressed by the clear commitment to inclusion and equity, because it's the right thing to do rather than needing to be convinced by a business rationale.

The base salary is very competitive with the ecosystem & other companies in the area.
