What are some of the best things about your team?
Good diversity of perspectives and experiences, providing excellent ideas to solve difficult problems.
The hard as well as soft skills and deep expertise in topics applicable to the Recursion's mission.
Mission driven. You never see someone slacking off or working for just a paycheck. Everyone on my team works hard and gives/receives feedback.
The teams here want to see everybody succeed. Individuals truly care about others and the success of the team as a whole.
Cross functional team that's very focused on the goals and objectives while also treating each other with respect and friendliness. I would enjoy being stuck in an airport with most of them.
Smart, capable, and easy to work with. We have each others back
Knowledgeable, smart, and kind and compassionate. Our team gets things done without steamrolling anyone, and takes time to care about individual's personal lives as well.
They are incredibly audacious, smart, passionate about their work, and have taught me an incredible amount in the short time I've worked here.
I do feel the interview process does a good job at finding exceptionally qualified candidates. I love the collaboration that take place here
