What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They work very hard to imbue a culture of inclusiveness and togetherness, as there us a tremendous range of people trying work towards a common goal.
Freedom to engage in activities and opportunities beyond the individual's primary role; event organisation, giving talks / seminars / webinars.
DEI is very important at Recursion and it shows in our workforce and the different awareness months we have at work. Really cool to all sorts of people accepted. It makes it easy for everyone to feel welcome and work very well with each other. It's very easy to feel excited about where I work.
The company truly lives by its values
Recursion's values are front and center and acted on: We care, We learn, We deliver, We act boldly with integrity, and We are One Recursion. This is not a place that has their values tucked away and ignored, Recursionauts practice what they preach.
We celebrate failure in the same way we celebrate success, because in both cases we learned something.
