
The above answers regarding "they don't seem to trust employees to do so" and that they discourage were true pre-covid. Since then they were forced to implement a wfh policy. Now (june 2021) people are coming back to the office and the propaganda to get people in the office is strong. They are still letting people wfh but I fear it may end soon...
Sometimes you can but they strongly discourage it. I had to when I was ill not because I wanted to but because of a demanding client. It was upsetting.
Unsure. It is very easy to work remotely in the position itself but it doesn't seem that they trust employees to do so.
