The interview process was very smooth. I could tell that the interviewers came prepared and did their research on me. This was refreshing as interviews can be repetitive when you are meeting with 6+ people. Each conversation I had was genuine and effective.

Everyone has a voice. We are encouraged to speak up and give our opinion which makes me feel extremely valued as an employee. Another awesome thing about our culture is the people - hands down. This almost goes without an explanation because it is so evident when you have the chance to meet the team

It's easy to come to work every day (even virtually) when your team has the same passion and dedication to improve the way we do things. Whether that is improving a process we use every day or on our mission of remaking medicine. I am lucky to work with such intelligent, kind, and driven people.
