It's an incredible company overall. However, there is a really big focus on external promotion of our culture and workplace but a lack of substance in the trainings & development internally. The leadership team is well meaning, but has yet to establish feedback mechanisms and is running a bit blind.
The equity bonus program this year.
There needs to be more focus and a few key priorities.
Generous bonus, best medical insurance I've ever had, and equity in the company.
We need more project managment. There needs to be clearly assignments with project leads identified.
There is a visible balance between the hyper-focus on clear measurable objectives for every team member, and permission for employees to have lives outside of work. Leadership is very personable and empathetic and open to direct and candid feedback; there isn't the usual internal political bullshit
Passionate. Extremely intelignet. Did I say passionate? Everyone has huge ideas, but is also really good at the daily work that needs to be done to move the needle. People are really authentic and genuinely care about each other and deeply care about our company mission. I've been amazed.
We are opnely invited to be ourselves. I felt comfortable disclosing my HIV status on our company intro call (it's relevant to our work in healthcare) because of the culture that's been fostered. I'm allowed to speak my mind. I'm encouraged to take time off when I need to attend to my personal life
Team calls. We have a really engaging team and I feel like I'm working with friends. There is a lot of room for different ideas, and disagreements. I'm working alongside people as passionate as I am, who want to change the industry for good. I given freedom to complete my own projects.
