Way too many people involved. Good people stand out. They dont need to be interview by 10+ people.
Trust in the staff period. You hire smart people. Get out of the way and let them do their jobs. They might actually know more than leadership
Leadership needs a backbone. They are all yes people to cower to the CEO. They are all too scared to speak up or defend their teams. They will throw you under the bus to save themselves.
There are great people working at Rimini and it is fun to interact with them. I just dont trust very many people. To many spies out there. The overall environment is toxic which is driven by leadership. This is too bad as they truely could have something special
