My co workers are smart

Relationships with co-workers are strong. Evrryone has bonded based on their dissatisfaction with management. Virtually every call without a manager starts with 10 minutes of comparing notes about horror storries, and the amount of turnover in critical roles.

Smart, collaberative and highly motivated.

The remaining peers are great. Everyone has bonded based on their universal dislike for management, the toxic culture and empathy for the public humiliation of ther colleagues.

Motivated to help Oracle or SAP customers get what they paid for.

There are great people working at Rimini and it is fun to interact with them. I just dont trust very many people. To many spies out there. The overall environment is toxic which is driven by leadership. This is too bad as they truely could have something special

most employees are great, however there are some departments where the employees think it is all about them. We hire extremely smart people and sometimes that does not fit within the culture. Plus we have a mix between Office based and remote based employee which can cause issues with expectation
