What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of nice people around
The people (co-workers) are smart and talented. Rimini is a sales oriented organization where success is rewarded. I always have the resourses I need to do my job.
Everyone works as a team
There is a lot of work, but it is engaging and allows me to use imagination and previous knowledge to solve client issues.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect the personal time of employees
New management, new product offerings, lower growth expectations
Replacement of the senior management team
Change the entire management staff
Trust in the staff period. You hire smart people. Get out of the way and let them do their jobs. They might actually know more than leadership
Leaders need to let people do their jobs. You hire the best of the best then handcuff them because you don’t want them to outshine yo
The company culture is supposes to be about Family. The Rimini Family is what you hear. The problem is the Rimini Family is all they care about. Your real family does not matter and suffers because of the insane expectations expected out of all employees. There is no break regardless of the time
