Manager need to be more knowledgeable in selecting candidates

A long process but reasonsble
The recruiters actually know what the company does and are very competent.
I met with multiple senior managers
got to meet most of the leadership team
Stop lying to employees during interviews
Misrepresentations and twisting of facts should be avoided during interview process
Be honest about the job expectations and lack of pay adjustments
Beware, everyone. YOu have to be careful and be willing to lie to clients.
Way too many people involved. Good people stand out. They dont need to be interview by 10+ people.
Too many interviews. Multiple layers of panel interviews. I think I interviewed with 10-12 people.
