although pay is about average the amount of hours you are expected to work regardless of level in the company is insane. if you took your salary and divided by the numbers of hours actually worked you will find that you are massively underpaid.
The company works everyone to the bone and there is never really a day off. Management is truly clueless about work life balance they are only driven by the all mighty $$... They don't listen to suggestions from employees and just do whatever they want to do.
Leadership is all about themselves. No one in empowered to make a decision. Only the CEO is allowed to make decisions on any item. Leadership preaches process but never follows the processes that they expect employees to follow. Sometimes it is just a free for all.
most employees are great, however there are some departments where the employees think it is all about them. We hire extremely smart people and sometimes that does not fit within the culture. Plus we have a mix between Office based and remote based employee which can cause issues with expectation
The company culture is supposes to be about Family. The Rimini Family is what you hear. The problem is the Rimini Family is all they care about. Your real family does not matter and suffers because of the insane expectations expected out of all employees. There is no break regardless of the time
