There is zero work life balance. you are expected to be on call 24x7x365 regardless and that includes PTO time.

CEO is a my way or highway type of leader. He does not take criticism or pushback. There is a lot of cool stuff at the surface but those that see the underside of the organization see how bad it really is. Don’t get caught by the facad
