What can this brand most improve?

Your driver stated that he couldnt deliver a package due to road conditions. I live in a subdivision with paved roads. Maybe they should deliver at a normal time and not at 10pm. After 2 calls to your customer service, they wanted me to wait until 1 in the morning abd call back
