What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. Never met them, but they are rich from us
They don't micro manage me.

Aleays think we are lying never belive their drivers
I havent been paid for two gigs
The whole way that they pay is structured for drivers makes it unprofitable. With the reason they give for having such low rates there should not be any income that is taxable but for some reason it needs to be reported to the irs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The company does not hold
Really not a team. However they are a part of me being with the company. They keep it going.
That it is very independent for the most part but if you have an issue the in office team is always available to help 24/7
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pay the drivers now now
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's at "home" on your own time.
It is a start up so there is a lot of passion and the feeling that you may be able to somehow grow with a company and make an impact.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything from big to small

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was online and fast.
It was all online. Just had to pass a screening basically.

Being able to drive. I deliver for people.
Being able to drive and little interaction with the customers face to face.
