Improve customer service. Quality of customer service calls and deceitfulness is beyond the worst I have ever experienced. I will never do business with Rogers ever again. Never.
Rogers is a great company to work for. They give their employees enough authority to handle customer calls. But that is what also can be considered somewhat a downside, they give employees just enough power so the customers can yell and walk away dissatisfied, at times
