Managers who are better at managing. Who don't gloat at the fact that they get bonuses and you don't. Who can motivate and encourage you and help promote you within.
Ryder doesn't know how to treat good employees. There are no incentives to work harder then your coworker. Managers just give flat rate yearly increases regardless of how well or hard you have worked. Only Managers get bonuses.
Ryder headquarters is run by a old boy network. There are many people who have worked there many years and who do very little to contribute to the company. Ryder puts managers in place who do not deserve to be there and who have never managed. They don't give them the training needed to manage.
