They pay market rates. The annual bonuses based on company performance is good too.
The CEO is very old school and is due to retire. It is very difficult to make changes and improvements because he either doesn't understand or simply likes the old ways.
I know that other people in this same role make about 20% more than I do for the same work. It is getting increasingly difficult to ignore the recruiter calls.
