They are terrible. The company can't seem to decide which direction it wants to take. On top of that, they keep cutting the hours. The full-time employees want to quit because they are left to do all the work because none of the part-time employees get enough hours to learn any jobs. The good ones go elsewhere and the ones who probably shouldn't have been hired to begin with, stay around and do nothing.

It's a joke. The leadership and management are horrible and worthless. They take sides yet demand everyone works as a team.
