It's been a great year here, enjoy the people and the work. Can't believe how long I spent at big companies taking so long to get work done - if you want to go fast, get rewarded, paid well, get promoted, and work with great people - Sanguine is it!

To start, everyone is very welcoming when you come onboard at Sanguine. From there, teams work together very well without friction or conflict. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and for advancement. Great group of people.

I think there is a great opportunity to shine while still working as a team. The onboarding was great 1:1 time with the manager and really set the feel for the comforting environment.

Leadership allows their team to work independently, but also is readily available when support is needed. I also love the non micromanagement culture the company provides.

How VERY VERY approachable they all are and how diverse and inclusive they are in their leadership style and engagement.

They are very smart people and have a clear direction for the company. It is easy to get on board with the company goals especially when the team is so transparent with everything.

I feel that my compensation is fair, but am eager and willing to accept more responsibility with increased compensation.

Excellent biotech high base salary and bonus awards, the 401K program with the annual company contribution and 100% vested funds, its very generous compared to other places. + the Stock which you get to be a shareholder in the company and you want to see everyone succeed.

The full benefits package is the best part since I have a young family. We are at the doctors office a lot. The salary and bonus structure is great as well. I am happy with the earning potential. It is closely aligned with my goals.

I don't feel undervalued but when you really aren't making very much money it is hard to believe people when they say they value your work.

I believe compensation should be at market rate for similar roles in this industry (biotech/medical industry). My work experience at the comoany should be valued over someone mew who brinhs in sinilar experience but from somewhere else.

I believe our hourly wage should increase based on the workload and type of work that we do.

I believe I could be better compensated at my current position because of my excellent and mature patient bedside manner. I have 6 years experience of direct patient care from working within the clinical setting. This has only enhanced my current work flows as a PSC to be more compassionate.

Long hours of working to goals that are constantly changing. I only say this because I have had two directors change in the span of 6 months.

There is no drama within this organization. I love the healthy culture and the great people I am surrounded by.

remote work with a focus on improving patients conditions, if we didn't exist it would take so much longer to discover great medications for people with challenging rare diseases.

Our team is small but everyone is really smart and works together to achieve goals. It feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction which is important.

The company is very supportive with a great culture and provides excellent work/life balance which is very important to me. I love working 100% remotely.

Things change and happen quickly - the leadership team is very engaged and get things addressed and moving fast. Love that.

It's been a short time for me but I fee like the company will reward hard work. If you're doing your job well, you'll have autonomy. If not, someone will let you know that you have to pick up the pace.

It was fast and efficient. My expectations were addresses.
