A little wonky, but good. I get about 23 vacation days - I forget the exact number. These are divided between accrued vacation days and personal days. These are NOT sick days, we have unlimited sick time. We have about 10 holidays. The best thing is that I can actually use all my time off!

Awesome. 20+ days pure vacation with additional personal days added. Sick time is unlimited, short term dissability for 5+ days sick.
