Good place to work and learn, especially if you end up at one of the better projects. Some game teams are obviously less prioritized, and positions in those teams can be more precarious. Perks are decent but have worsened since the pandemic (return to office, lower bonuses, etc.)

Health insurance is nice, and the meal allowance is generous
Talented, positive, and they take ownership of what they do
My coworkers, working in games, and the good work environment
Cash bonuses, hybrid WFH plan, time flexibility, free food, private health insurance...
Open, friendly and inclusive. Most of the time, people are put above immediate business results.
Working in games, with a helpful and friendly team, in an inclusive and open company culture
Making games, as it's been my passion all my life; and doing so in a nice welcoming environment

They really try and make this the best possible place to work. They are all also close and friendly, and open to feedback and new ideas.
