Everyone at Scopely is very collaborative. People truly want to help one another to make themselves better and the work better for our player experience - and employee experience.

Seeing Scopeleans interact with one another and enjoy themselves amidst the hard work we all do to create a great work experience and player experience. The joy when we all come together for big One Scopely events is really special.

Scopely aims to ensure everyone is having the best experience of their professional lives. That's a high bar, but one that's taken seriously. There's room for improvement, of course, but we live our value of "iterate to greatness" and always improve, give feedback and see change happen.

There is a lot of transparency at Scopely. Leaders are direct and more open than other places I have worked. I never get the feeling we're being talked down to - they want to let people in on the journey to be an impactful part of it.

I did not go through a formal interview process. I was a contractor so my interview was doing the job and showing what I could accomplish, how I lived the company values, collaborated with others, etc. I guess you could say it was a 3 month interview, with a great outcome moving to full time.
