This is a smoke and mirror company. They have no accountability to their customers and provide a poor experience being able to get in touch with anyone in support. The technology is filled with robotic answers that go round and round in circles and never get you what you need
Customer Service, and oh their service as a whole. Seat Geek did not deliver my tickets and won't refund.
Fees are high, inability to see specific seats, no customer support, they hold your money beyond a reasonable time-- they do not complete transfers on time
Consistency and communication between customer service representatives; provide the ability to request to speak to the same representative rather when calling to discuss one specific case
