it was great and loved coming to work. till I applied to move up in the company and was not picked for that job cause my manger was close with the guy he picked.

I enjoy the job and the animals along with all the data and science of the job and learning about the bulls. also like to follow the bulls that make the lineup and the ones that don't.

I feel under valued because my work is never seen by my manger. he only promotes people he is close too. he very rarely ever comes over to my area to check on things or just talk to employees.
