I feel undervalued because I could go get a new job almost anywhere and start making what i make now, i have been with the company for a while. What would make me feel better about compensation is a willingness to pay more especially with record years every year and being short staffed

Select Sires overall is a great company to work for. It is well respected in the industry. At headquarters, we have a tendency to stay in our silos and not expose our employees to other parts of our company.
