At the end of the day, we get the job done and share some laughs along the way. This pod works well together day in and day out. On a department level for the most part we are all like minded and can be personably with everyone.

I feel no one is paid according to their efforts or skills. People are over compensated who are unreliable, have poor attitudes and "stir the pot". The more you complain, the lazier you are the better raises you get it seems. Very much a "Buddy System Culture"
