Typically the work I do can lead me to jump companies after a few years due to boredom. I have never been bored, in a good way, in the many years I'v been with SSF. I've now been at SSF for longer than I've ever been anywhere else and I can't imagine working anywhere else now.

That I got a one on one interview with the managing partner even though I was coming in at a lower level.

Everyone genuinely cares about one another and it ready to help whenever asked without judgement. People are very supportive and encouraging at SSF for personal and professional goals.
