unserious, great brand but lack of professional seriousness
Great place to be, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.
It's a relatively easy job, you just gotta put in the work. However I have never seen so much managerial turnover since working in retail. I've been through almost ten managers in two in a half years. The professionalism from DSM on up is pretty hit or miss, and communication can be nonexistent.
Have foot measurement, sizing tool or chart available in retail stores.

They like to hire go getters, self motivators, and individuals who can work at fast paste and adapt to policies consistently being updated. Reality of it employees are NOT compensated enough in outlets and factory stores to hire those candidates. At least retail stores get commission.
