What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do what they can to address issues, but the communication is iffy and pretty inconsistent depending on the issue and the severity of it. Unfortunately, they tend to do some backhand things for very minuscule problems

They are gery commited to getting problems resolved
Attentive to changing market trends, willing to change/adapt quickly. Create a good family culture, despite it being a very large company.
The leadership team is strong. They are consistent and provide prompt feedback where necessary. Working conditions are comfortable and relationships are positive.

Is literally nice best of the job
I believe the compensation package is fair and it suits my needs. Obviously, the more the merrier, but what we have isn't something to complain about.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offer a wellness program FREE like chiropractic, acupuncture and Massage for retail, outlets and factory store employees. Being in corporate you don't SEE let alone EXPERIENCE the wear and tear on one's body. Employees are not compensated enough for the hard work that is REQUIRED for the job
Wait before opening stores until we know whats going on for sure and testing is better

Very collaborative environment, and very little internal politics.
The positive energy within the team makes it easy to go to work and function in the workplace. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pretty engaging team, we do tend to look out for each other and there isn't much clashing, just do your part in helping things run.
We are a very diverse company where all accepted based on their abilities not on anything else. I appreciate the openness our company has to accepting everyone in an inclusive manner.
You feel like a truly valued member of the team, and not just like a number in a cubicle.
The communal area where everyone gets to relax and eat together.

Having a relatable manager helped in making sure the interview went well

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need testing and need to see all the executives in the stores rather than working from home and telling us to go back. If we do get sick expect lawsuits
