What did you like most about the interview process?Having a relatable manager helped in making sure the interview went well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Pretty engaging team, we do tend to look out for each other and there isn't much clashing, just do your part in helping things run.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They do what they can to address issues, but the communication is iffy and pretty inconsistent depending on the issue and the severity of it. Unfortunately, they tend to do some backhand things for very minuscule problems
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Just show up with some kind of work ethic. That's literally it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and staffing the store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Offer a wellness program FREE like chiropractic, acupuncture and Massage for retail, outlets and factory store employees. Being in corporate you don't SEE let alone EXPERIENCE the wear and tear on one's body. Employees are not compensated enough for the hard work that is REQUIRED for the job
