Is literally nice best of the job

I believe the compensation package is fair and it suits my needs. Obviously, the more the merrier, but what we have isn't something to complain about.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Offer a wellness program FREE like chiropractic, acupuncture and Massage for retail, outlets and factory store employees. Being in corporate you don't SEE let alone EXPERIENCE the wear and tear on one's body. Employees are not compensated enough for the hard work that is REQUIRED for the job

Wait before opening stores until we know whats going on for sure and testing is better
