What do you like best about the leadership team?

They do what they can to address issues, but the communication is iffy and pretty inconsistent depending on the issue and the severity of it. Unfortunately, they tend to do some backhand things for very minuscule problems

They are willing to answer questions

They are gery commited to getting problems resolved

Attentive to changing market trends, willing to change/adapt quickly. Create a good family culture, despite it being a very large company.

The leadership team is strong. They are consistent and provide prompt feedback where necessary. Working conditions are comfortable and relationships are positive.
