Executive Bio

Mr. John M. Vandemore has been the Chief Financial Officer of Skechers U.S.A., Inc. since November 28, 2017. Mr. Vandemore is responsible for overseeing it's reporting and filing obligations before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and for directing it's overall financial policies, including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Global Brands & Commercial of Mattel, Inc. since September 21, 2015. Mr. Vandemore led a new Brand Finance Group and was responsible for financial strategy and performance metrics for the global brand portfolio, as well as the North America and International commercial organizations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of International Game Technology since February 13, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Emerging Businesses at International Game Technology since November 1, 2013. His direct responsibilities were overseeing IGT's internal and external financial reporting, leading global financial planning and analysis and managing all worldwide finance operations inclusive of investor relations, tax, accounting, treasury, credit and audit. Mr. Vandemore served as the Chief Financial Officer of Walt Disney Imagineering at The Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for overseeing multi-billion dollar investments in global theme park, resort and cruise line development projects. He has over 17 years of financial experience and worked at The Walt Disney Company, Goldman Sachs and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served as an Associate at AlixPartners, LLC. He has been a Director of Inspired Entertainment, Inc. since December 22, 2016. He served as a Director of Hydra Industries Acquisition Corp. since December 22, 2016. Mr. Vandemore graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Business Administration and MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
